Privacy policy

What we collect, what we don't, and how long we keep it.

Short version: we don't collect the contents of your traffic, we don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it. The long version is below.

01 Who we are

Loude is a VPN application designed to provide an extra layer of privacy and security for your internet traffic on Apple and Android devices.

02 What data we collect

Device identifiers to provision VPN access and prevent abuse.
Subscription and key information to manage Premium access.
Usage analytics to improve stability and UX.
Technical connection data and, only with your consent, location (see section 03).

We do not collect the contents of your VPN traffic (pages, messages or files).

03 Connection data and location

Technical connection data (IP address, destination domain, time) is kept for up to 7 days to operate the network and prevent abuse. If your access was issued by a partner, this data for that partner's keys may be available to the partner.

Location is an optional feature. It is off by default, available only for some keys issued by partners, and turned on only with your consent and the system permission. When on, your latest approximate or precise position is shared with the partner that issued your key and kept for up to 7 days. You can turn it off at any time in the app or system settings, and the stored position is then deleted. Location does not affect the VPN.

04 How we use data

To provide and maintain the VPN service.
To detect fraud and prevent abuse of free plans and keys.
To analyze app performance and improve Loude.

05 No advertising tracking

We do not use your data for targeted advertising and do not share it with data brokers for cross-app tracking.

06 Third-party services

Loude may use trusted providers for analytics, payments, notifications and VPN infrastructure.

07 Data retention

Connection data and location are kept for up to 7 days; limited service records without location data, for up to 30 days. We retain account and subscription data for as long as your access is active and for a reasonable period afterwards as required for security, accounting and legal reasons.

08 Store purchases only

Loude subscriptions are sold exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not sell subscriptions outside of the app stores.

09 Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Contact support@loudevpn.com.
